2016 Tailgate Kickoff!

It is that time of year again, the day we look forward to from the last play of the prior year, gameday!  As usual, let us know if you want to bring something or just feel free to contribute cash to help out.  We’re going to do fajitas this week, so here is the menu we’re going to start with and are expecting around 20-25 people.

Lunch:

  • Beef Fajitas

Closing Out Tailgate Season

It’s the last home game, let’s go out in style! Game time is 6 pm, so food will be on around 2:00. We’re serving up Catamount paws (also known as buffalo wings). As always, if you plan to bring something, either leave a comment or let Warren know.

Sorry it has taken a while to get the menu up, but we were trying to watch the weather to make sure we would be having a tailgate this weekend.  Going to move forward with the plan to put the tailgate on, but we may be getting a little later start.  Be sure to bring some rain gear, because although the bulk of the rain should be through by time we get started, the forecast still projects for the occasional shower throughout the day.  We will try to get everything cooked on the warmer or burner so that we don’t have to worry about the grill and keeping a fire going.  Food should be ready around 1:30 or 2, so plan accordingly.

Meal:

  • Red Beans & Rice with Sausage
  • Gumbo
  • Crawfish Etouffee
  • Boudin
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Cole Slaw
  • Hush Puppies
