Our H-E-B Tailgater of the Game win at Kentucky earned us a shot at the big one: H-E-B Tailgater of the Year. It all comes down to the t.u. game on Friday, Nov. 27, the day after Thanksgiving, and we want this to be the best Dead MBA Tailgate yet!
In case you missed it, Texas A&M Athletics featured our Kentucky win and what this tailgate is really about: turning tailgates into scholarships.
How Judging Works
The H-E-B judges will send us a time slot for when they plan to stop by our tailgate. When they show up, we want them to find the biggest, loudest, most fun crowd on campus. That’s where you come in.
Fun Surprises in Store
We’re not giving anything away yet, but we have some fun surprises planned for the judges and for everyone who comes out. You’ll want to be there.
Calling All Past Scholarship Winners
We’d especially love to see previous Dead MBA Scholarship recipients at the tailgate that day. You’re the reason we do all of this, and there’s no better way to show the judges what this tailgate is really about. If you’re a past winner, please plan to come out and let us know at info@deadmbatailgate.com.
Stay Tuned for Our Time Slot
Once the judges send our time slot, we’ll share it here and on X and Facebook. Subscribe to the blog at the bottom of this page so you don’t miss it.
It’s also the day we draw the winner of our signed helmet raffle, so grab your tickets at a tailgate before then. Plan your Thanksgiving weekend around Kyle Field, bring your friends, and help us bring home Tailgater of the Year. BTHO t.u.!
