The long offseason is finally over, and we’re dusting off the folding chairs, firing up the satellite, and prepping for another glorious season of football, food, and fellowship. First up: Ags vs. Roadrunners this Saturday!

🕘 Tailgate kicks off at 9AM sharp, because real fans know the game starts long before kickoff.

🥪 Food hits the table at 2PM, featuring a spread of sandwich fixings—turkey, ham, and a few mystery combos that may or may not be the result of late-night fridge raids. Come hungry, leave happy.

💸 Scholarship Reminder! As in seasons past, we’re collecting donations to support student scholarships (we awarded $3,500 this fall!). Your generosity helps real students chase real dreams—and maybe one day tailgate with us as alumni. Every dollar makes a difference, and every donor gets good karma and bragging rights.

So bring your appetite, your game face, and your giving spirit. Let’s make this season unforgettable, starting with a win and a wicked sandwich.

The 2025  Dead MBA Scholarship application is up and running! Encourage anyone you know that is an Aggie or has children at A&M to apply. The deadline is Friday, May 30th, applicants will be notified by the end of June. 

Funds will be appliled directly to Texas A&M University. 

Get ready for our biggest tailgate of the year as we get ready to SAW EM OFF! We’re aiming to have food ready by 3 PM, but as always, we’ll need to stay flexible with our preparations since we expect this to be our largest gathering. We’ll have a few traditional Thanksgiving dishes that the tailgate provides to make sure we have a foundation, but what makes this tailgate special is the potluck style—everyone brings a dish that reminds them of Thanksgiving! Bring something to share a piece of what makes Thanksgiving special to you!

Please let us know what you plan to bring (but don’t stay away if you aren’t bringing anything, we want your company no matter what). This way, we can keep our list updated and avoid having 15 people all bringing yams. For planning purposes, we usually have about 35-40 or more adults at our Thanksgiving tailgate.

Don’t forget we are also supporting a cause close to our hearts. This year, the Dead MBA Society awarded $3,500 in scholarships to students who share a passion for Texas A&M athletics. With your support at each tailgate fundraiser, we’re aiming to surpass that amount for next year. Your attendance and contributions play a crucial role in empowering the next generation of Aggie leaders and athletes.
