IT’S TAILGATE SEASON AGAIN!

Now it is time for 2019 to really start, and time for us all to get together and get ready for a great football season! Our home opener is another Thursday game, so that really screws with the tailgating. We will have a basic spread, but nothing too crazy. We probably won’t even set up the entire tailgate setup, so look for a slimmed down version. The parking lot opens at 3:30, so we will be there right then to get in and get started with the pregame! Can’t wait to see everyone! Make sure to let us know one way or another if you’re coming so that we can make sure to have enough food on hand.

2019 Road Game Tailgate!

Our 2019 Road Game Tailgate will take us between the hedges to Athens, GA. One of the teams that will likely be preseason Top 3, so the good guys will need all the support they can get from us! Our ticket requests are due earlier this year, so if you want to buy tickets through our allocation, we’ll need to have money in hand by 2/22. We’re also limited on tickets, so we’ll be reserving the tickets on a first come first serve basis, in the order that people pay. Tickets are $131 each, and if it ends up that you don’t get a ticket (or if ticket prices end up less than estimated), you’ll get your money back. You can pay via paypal by clicking the donation link to the right, and select “sending money to friends or family” unless you want to have fees added.

Thanksgiving Part Deux!

Time to go out with a bang! The game may not be on Thanksgiving anymore, but we have plenty to be thankful for this year, including optimism going forward. We’ll have a long day of tailgating on Saturday, and plan on doing this Thanksgiving weekend tailgate cajun style to honor the corndogs that will be visiting us (and let’s face it, they’ve inspired some pretty awesome food). Tailgate should start around 8 with College Gameday, and we will target serving lunch around 2:30 or 3 as usual, and hope everyone comes out for a great time! Our scholarship fundraising is going great, and if you haven’t donated, or want to donate more, there are always more kids to help go to A&M.

Ranked Opponent at Kyle!

Who would have thought that we’d have a ranked team come visit Kyle this week when the season started?! A blessing in disguise that our early season tailgate got rained out so that we can tailgate this week with beautiful weather and an evening kickoff. Can’t wait to see everyone, and the fundraising for this year is going great! Definitely surpassing all our expectations! As usual for an evening game, we should have food ready around 230 or so, and we’ll be doing fajitas this week.
